Abstract:
Research on price and income elasticity of demand for room furniture suites in Yugoslavia 1962-1974 was made. Research shows following results:
1. If price far room furniture suites rises by 1% ceteris paribus, the demand will fall by 0,06% 2. If real income per caput rises by
1% , ceteris paribus, the demand for room furniture suites will rise by 0,83%.
3. The demand for room furniture suites rises per annum by 1,91%.
