Comparative researches in production of sawn timber and purposively made wooden components

In the article are described researches of sawing beech logs of III. quality. The task of these researches has been that from a part of roundwood intended for researches the wooden, components are made, and from the other part of roundwood the standard sawn timber. This experimental sawing has been carried out to establish quality, quantity and valuable yield as basic indicators of successful conversion of logs.
