Title:
Contribution to objectivization of evaluation of job complexity in woodworking industry
Research subject and fields:
Abstract:
The article discusses the findings from research on the assessment of job complexity within the woodworking industry of the Socialist Republic of Croatia. The study demonstrates that, across all examined models, the curves representing job complexity exhibit a consistent behavior. This observation provides guidance for evaluators in the woodworking industry to adjust their functions scientifically and with valid arguments, or to develop new methods that align with a standardized behavior concerning the evaluation of job complexity. Such adjustments or developments should be informed by the common patterns identified through the results obtained from these research endeavors.
