Synchronization of development function through macro-organization

The attempts have been made to solve the problem of macro-organization in other words, a form of self management and functional organization in graphical and not in descriptive manner. This practical method has been applied for several years in some working organizations. The proposed review of macro-organizations is in acoordance with all contemporary theses of macro-organization, on the level of legal provisions, as well as on the level of professional and scientific perceptions. The illustrated example is a real case designed and carried out in a production plant. For the sake of simplicity, only synchronization of development function has been shown, and in the observed case the mentioned revliew olf synchronization has been carried out for all functions.
