Emission dynamics of formaldehyde from chipboard determined by perforation and diffusion method

Abstract:

This study determined quantity of formaldehyde liberated from chipboards by perforation and diffusion method. The quantity of formaldehyde was determined from one panel one week after production and then three months and one year later. The results of quantity measuring of additionally liberated formaldehyde by perforation and diffusion method and change of quantity of liberated formaldehyde within a period of one year have been analyzed.
