Abstract:

In this paper free formaldehyde emission from unimproved and improved particle boards with materials most frequently applied in furniture industry is considered. The effect of carious methods for determining free formaldehyde and the way of improvement to decrease the emission of formaldehyde from particle boards are analysed.
