The development of the level of organizing in production and business operations in wood industry

The paper deals with the basic approach to the development of the level of organizing contributing thus to a higher efficiency of production and business operations of wood industry enterprises. In the period of transition from planned to market economy, when the production management is abundant in breakdowns, this task turns not to be an easy one. The decision to approach the revitalization of enterprises in a thoroughly reliable but more gradual way, requires large efforts. The main problem lies in the fact whether the management is ready to get into a well thought out developing approach or they prefer faster but much less effective activities.
