Abstract:
This paper presents a review and analysis of reference literature for wood viscoelasticity under variable moisture content. Some of the most important results from the literature are presented and critically reviewed. They provide suitable models for estimating and understanding creep depending on time. Some differences in the explanation of creep, related to the same influential factors, are considered and discussed.
